INFEWs Project Showcased through PechaKucha-Style Presentation

Last week, UAF hosted a event as part of the Faculty Research Day.

At the half-day event, each college, school and institute offered two concise presentations about new projects.

The event highlighted the breadth of research across UAF. It also offered a chance to share ideas through a unique, fun and engaging platform.

The PechaKucha format features 20 slides with 20 seconds for each slide, for a total of six minutes and 40 seconds per presentation.

ACEP鈥檚 Daisy Huang presented on the Innovations at the Nexus of Food, Energy and Water Systems project that is looking at food, energy and water security in remote Alaska communities.

The Faculty Research Day was one of many PechaKucha-powered events across the country.
